Lucinda van Raad

Professional Ballerina & Dance Coach

 Lucinda is an inspiring, and empowering coach dedicated to helping dancers reach their full potential. With 22 years of experience in ballet and contemporary dance, she brings world-class training, professional expertise, and a deep passion for movement to every class she teaches.

Her journey began with The Australian Ballet School’s part-time program and led to intensive training at Sydney’s McDonald College and Tanya Pearson’s Classical Coaching Academy. Lucinda completed her full time training with The Washington Ballet School’s Professional Training Program and later became a member of the The Washington Ballet Company.

Lucinda’s professional career includes standout performances with The Washington Ballet in productions such as The Sleeping Beauty, Romeo and Juliet, and The Nutcracker, as well as leading roles in Don Quixote with Sydney’s Premier State Ballet. She has earned accolades from top competitions like the Sydney Eisteddfod and Alana Haines Awards.

Lucinda’s style is positive, supportive, and uplifting, creating an environment where dancers feel empowered to grow and excel. She is driven by the joy of seeing her students progress and the pride of knowing she has inspired each student.

Jasmin Forner

Professional Ballerina & Certified Pilates Instructor

Known for her energetic and technique-driven coaching, Jasmin Forner empowers dancers to unlock their full potential while building strength, confidence, and a love for movement.

With over 20 years of experience, Jasmin’s journey spans classical ballet and various dance styles. A graduate of The Australian Ballet School and former professional ballerina, she has performed in acclaimed productions like The Nutcracker and Coppélia.

Her accolades include winning the Australian Institute of Classical Dance competition and being a Sydney Eisteddfod Ballet Scholarship finalist. As a certified Pilates instructor, Jasmin combines her technical expertise with personal experience to inspire and guide dancers on their journey to success.

 

Alexa Torres


Professional Ballerina with the Paris Opera Ballet & International Dance Coach

Alexa is a patient, kind, and detail-oriented coach who helps dancers refine their artistry, understand their bodies, and achieve their goals. With nearly 20 years of experience, she tailors her teaching to each dancer’s unique needs, emphasising an anatomical approach to movement. Drawing from her own journey overcoming challenges, Alexa inspires students with insight and care.

Her ballet career began in the Dominican Republic at Ballet Clasico Santiago, followed by training in Cuban ballet and intensives in Havana and New York. She later joined the Kirov Academy, earning an Honorary Award from The Kennedy Centre’s Society of Arts and Letters. Alexa has performed with Washington Ballet, Boston Ballet, and currently dances with the Paris Opera Ballet.

Notable roles include Aurora in Sleeping Beauty, Sugar Plum and Snow Queen in The Nutcracker, and leading parts in Flames of Paris, Serenade, Ballet Imperial, and Paquita. Her accolades include 3rd place at YAGP Semi-Finals, 1st place in a Dominican competition, and recognition at the USA IBC. Alexa has also worked with renowned choreographers such as Julie Kent and Jorma Elo.

With a foundation in Cuban Ballet Methodology and training from Yannick Boquin, Alexa shares her passion for ballet by celebrating her students’ progress and helping them enjoy the art of movement.

 

Gianna Forte

 

 Professional Ballerina with the Boulder Ballet & NASM-Certified Personal Trainer

Gianna is passionate about inspiring her students to grow, build confidence, and rediscover the joy in every step of their dance journey. A NASM-certified personal trainer, she incorporates cross-training techniques into her warm and supportive teaching, focusing on strength, injury prevention, and technical refinement. Having overcome numerous injuries herself, Gianna uses her experience to guide dancers to believe in their abilities and achieve their goals.

With 24 years of dance experience, Gianna’s journey began at age 2, with a passion for ballet igniting at 14. She trained under renowned mentors like Christina Fagundes, attended the prestigious Washington School of Ballet Professional Training Program, and performed as a Trainee with The Washington Ballet. Now in her fourth season with Boulder Ballet, she has danced iconic roles such as Clara and the Sugar Plum Fairy in The Nutcracker and Helena in A Midsummer Night’s Dream.

Her accolades include being a Connecticut Classic Competition Top 10 finalist and receiving a Boston Ballet summer program scholarship. Gianna has worked with esteemed choreographers like Nicolo Fonte, Amy Seiwert, and Julie Kent, including participating in Kent’s reimagined Swan Lake.
